Calcium silicate board, also called asbestos-free calcium silicate board, is a white, hard thermal insulation material.
The raw materials of calcium silicate board are siliceous materials (quartz powder, diatomaceous earth, etc.), calcareous materials (cement, lime, etc.), and reinforcing fibers, which are made through processes such as pulping, blanking, steaming and curing, and surface sanding of lightweight panels.
1. Fire performance
It is a non-combustible material. In the event of a fire, the board will not burn or produce toxic smoke.
2. Waterproof performance
It has good waterproof performance. It can still maintain stable performance in places with high humidity such as toilets and bathrooms without swelling or deformation.
3. High strength
It has high strength, and the strength of 6mm thick board greatly exceeds that of 9.5mm thick ordinary gypsum board. The calcium silicate board wall is solid and reliable, not easy to be damaged or broken.
4. Dimensionally stable
It is under strict quality control, and the wet expansion and dry shrinkage rate of the board are controlled within the range.
5. Heat and sound insulation
It has good thermal insulation performance. The thermal insulation performance of 10mm thick partition wall is obviously better than that of ordinary brick wall, and it also has good sound insulation effect.
Metallurgical industry: heating furnace, soaking furnace, annealing furnace, high temperature flue, hot air pipeline.
Petrochemical industry: heating furnace, ethylene cracking furnace, hydrogenation furnace, catalytic cracking furnace.
Cement industry: rotary kiln, decomposition kiln, preheater, air duct, kiln hood, cooler.
Ceramic industry: tunnel kiln and car core and car plate of tunnel kiln.
Glass industry: bottom and wall of furnace.
Power industry: preheating furnace pipeline.
Non-ferrous metal industry: electrolyzer.

1.Raw material quality control including physical and chemical testing.
Put the selected raw materials in the furnace for high temperature spinning.
2.Needle with the needling machine.
3.Cut the board into the size required by the customer.
